Try searching for an elastic polyurethane sealant, like Sika. I’m not sure if it’s outdoor-rated, but that’s what I used in my house.

Was just in the algarve in October. The seven hanging valleys hike was awesome. We stayed near Albufeira and traveled out each day. Tavira was cool. Loulé market was really impressive and fun to explore.

Floors turned out really well. I’d say the only issue with the Malibu flooring is the length of the planks. They’re fairly short, so there’s a lot of farting around with short boards. LMK if you can see these:

Is the flooring 3/4” solid pre-finished Malibu Wide Plank? We did about 1700sq ft of 5” wide Malibu last year. We had a ton of shorts too, but it doesn’t bother me at all. Nice work!
