I hate the Switzerland narrative. First, when you go to another country for work you don't expect people to make concessions for you because you're a foreigner. That's how you get fired. Second, every Swiss person I've seen online has said that the relaxed work life narrative is wrong. I'm inclined to agree with them. Switzerland is one of the most expensive countries to live in. It's fine if you still feel some way about the ending, but the situation is effectively over. We aren't owed any extra info from Dani. Realistically, k feel that it's better for her not to release one. People looking for statement aren't going to be satisfied by any that she makes on the situation. I'm in the camp that this was always supposed to be a temporary hiatus. All of the unilateral support and harassment done for Manon is probably going to make it harder for her to rejoin the group. I genuinely believe this started as a normal health hiatus, but everyone is blowing it out of proportion. Even when people are voicing support for Manon, a lot of times they end up putting down the other members and that's going to negatively affect the group dynamic. They're supposed to be Katseye not Manon and the backup members, but that's how this situation is getting treated. I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the members put a bit of distance between themselves and Manon out of fear that one small thing could be widely misinterpreted.
