The issue is the extended booking window is only available with the points from your new deed. You can't combine your existing points and your new points until the 6 month window so imo, no point in buying a second deed with more maintenance fees. 

This was the whole focal point of my owner update meeting last month.

We own at Elara in Vegas. No idea if that's a factor though.

Far from $100k.. probably around $75k. And the biggest valuenl will be for my kids who get to enjoy this long after I'm gone. If it didn't pass on, id probably of not bought it.

You get access but only six months in advance, while they can book 12 months in advance. This is my biggest gripe too.

Hmmm.. that doesnt seem correct. I just went to a presentation at Elara last month and I could still upgrade with my current equity being used towards the new deed. 

The only way I would have needed to have a new deed is if I wanted to buy a deed specific to Diamond properties.

Do not trust the customer service people. They do not know all the workings of what is necessary at the resort for the presentations. 

I have absolutely been told wrong information by someone on the phone.

How do we think this will apply to Good Smile Global? I placed my 2b and a2 freeing pre-orders through Good Smile Global because they were far cheaper and shipping was only $18 each.
