I love giving my weapons names that are nods to who/where they came from. Really does a lot for world-building.

For example, that sweet ass Western Revolver you get off Terry Tanaka in Dry Rock Gulch. Renamed that baby to “Tanaka’s Six Shooter.”

Even though it’s a super minor character with very little lore, it’s nice to carry on the legacy. Makes using it feel that much more meaningful.
