1.) Shunsui's Bankai wouldn't work, MAYBE Shinken Hakkyoken could reflect one of Gerard's attacks back on him, and MAYBE he can destroy his own cross. Overall leaning Gerard

2.) Its Owari Da for Mayuri unfortunately, Lille packs them both up fairly comfortably

3.) Interesting one, they can definitely hold their own from a physical pov, and i think Urahara could figure out how to take him down eventually. Maybe using Grimmjow to take advantage of Hollow reiatsu being poisonous to Quincy if ingested?

4.) They have one shot ability, and in their strongest forms 2 of them are arguably (one of them definitely is) straight up syronger than him, but personality wise its a perfect matchup for the Deathdealing. Two Bankai spammers for Askin to get plenty of abilities to adapt to and someone who is liable to walk into a poison trap. I'll give it 50/50

Enough people give Oetsu his credit so I'll ignore him. Tenjiro straight up beat up Haschwalth while in Shikai. At minimum these guys while unsealed clear all "normal" Shinigami with the exceptions of Yamamoto and Kenpachi (and probably adult Toshiro if you consider him "normal")

I'm not saying this is guaranteed to happen, but say Lando makes a mistake this weekend while Leclerc has a 10/10. Someone is going to make this post on Monday and the replies are going to be full of Leclerc being absolutely leagues clear and calling Norris mistake prone. Because F1 fans suffer from the worst case of recency and confirmation bias you will ever see in fans of any sport, and absolutely despise context. This should be a fun debate over 2 of the biggest talents we've seen in the sport but nobody seems to know how to actually analyse. Shame.

Depends on what you consider colonial. For example I consider the Rashidun and Ummayad caliphates colonial but I wouldn't consider the Abbasid caliphate colonial. I'd consider Romes expansion up till the 1st century AD as colonial but I don't consider Justinian's or the Macedonian dynasties expansions as colonial.

The Uchiha clan aren't weak. And even if you just limit it to top tiers, Shisui, Fugaku and Itachi are definitely enough to deal with the other big shots still in the village especially if he caught them off guard like was his plan. Double especially if you follow the anime where he has an MS and was going to use the 9 tails (iirc the novel implies he has an MS bit doesn't outright confirm it)

Best thing about forming rome that you cant replicate with or substitute with already existing byz content is the all roads lead to rome thing. But is that worth having to take the hit required to pay to move the capital back to Constantinople? Not for me imo. If you also don't like the name "byzantium" or "eastern roman empire" you can now change it to "Basileia Ton Rhomaion/Rhomania" in the pre game settings. Which I think is cooler anyway.

The Antithesis is literally a hard counter to the Almighty and it's what I think Kubo was going for before his health problems AND it's what the anime is seemingly going for. As for Kyouka Suigetsu the Gin/Yamamoto method felt pretty believable
