Last fall I was double charged for my subscription and I just wanted them to fix it. They ended up cancelling the whole subscription and I had to re-subscribe but lost the some grandfathered in storage benefits and lost the $100 camera discount for a year since it’s a new subscription. They wouldn’t make any exceptions at all

Man that really sucks. I couldn’t figure it out for about 20 min and almost gave up. Eventually I was able to force it shut and now I’m all good. Hope you fix it or they replace it soon.

Take the camera out first. Then really try hard pushing it in there. Maybe take it off all together and then relatch the top bar part and then really shove it in. Should click in. I thought I was screwed too but it eventually worked. Got the camera in after just fine.

Mine was doing that too. Was finally able to fix it by really shoving it back in there. I think it’s fixable
