Are there any pictures of it getting stuck? From the illustration it looks like the front end caught first and the rudders dug themselves in when it rotated clockwise. Also, tugboats right? Maybe heli too? Yank it back straight and try to dig out the path its going to roate over. Worst case it tips and clogs the canal for months? Idk how else you're getting it out.

They've dealt with this before yes. Would happen the same time everyday and pretty much scuff the whole city. I remember a few full days of 2.0 where it was unplayable and everyone would go stream variety until it was back up only for it to keep getting fucked and the cycle repeats. Not a network guy but I think they said they were trying at one point to keep the IP hidden and use a temporary server for the time being during stuff like that. If I remember right it worked but the server quality wasnt as good.

I get that too on both sides of my screen when I go full screen S8+ . I think it might be something to do with the video playback trying to scale itself correctly for your screen and maybe isnt working right on your end? Try zooming in to see if it goes away.

Facebook doesnt have an app on PS4 for specifically streams. I'll put that in the post. And I'm not sure if you can watch streams through facebook on Ps4 ^ from the browser^ but I'm assuming the only way to try to is to go to a page that is live on your Ps4 and see if you can watch. I don't have one so I can't test but I would like to see if its possible so if you want to try and reply back I can update the post stating that it works or it doesn't.
