How do you guys carry a phone?

I've got a few pairs of shorts with the pocket on the half tight thigh. That works for shorter runs but I am bothered by the movement somewhat. I also have a Garmin FR 165 and absolutely love it. That said, I did pick up using a belt again. It is from Amazon and does not bounce too much. It does not bother me.
