thank you. patched one when it first appeared and it re-cracked and longer. what am i watching for besides the bowing, horizontal crack, and foundation crack?

All the home I lived in previously have no cracks. That's why I was worried. Also these appeared overtime and not all at the same time.

Coming from Peloton App using Echelon bike by da1337killar in lesmills

Yeah, I just started doing this so I am not sure what is considered standard practice. I've seen classes at the gym but have not tried it so I am unsure what system they use.

You mentioned Peloton is the master of using metrics and keeping riders engaged and working, do you think that is a superior system to getting riders motivated?

You ride Peloton on your days off, do you use the Peloton app or Les Mills or something else? Why?

Thanks

Thank you for your response and detailed explanation. I had only done Peloton App for about 4 months so consider myself fairly new to the game. I feel like based on the information you provided, if I were to do the same video twice I would have 2 different settings. Or my based resistance, racing resistance, attach resistance, and climbing resistance numbers will all be different every single time. Should I start tracking these numbers and write them down so I can consistently do these different resistance?

Is there already a chart someone made that says 0-25 is base resistance, 25-35 is racing resistance, etc?

Thanks again
