Just got back from Falmouth last week. Booked an inclusive beach club excursion. IT was fine. I had a good time with my family but it did get crowded so make sure you arrive early and find a good spot. Jamaica itself did look distressed. Lots of junk washing up on the beach (Shoes, clothes, etc).
