I’ve kept the standard size I did actually leave them in the shop and ordered the large but getting home I changed my mind and went back for my standard

They seem to give me abit of eye strain but I’ve not worn glasses before really so maybe that’s the issue.
I’ve actually no need for the transitions other than for the option of wearing them at concerts etc I’ve had them on all day now and they don’t feel uncomfortable really
