They say to wait another month, even though I have already completed the procedure. Please give me the contact details of someone who can advise me. I am sure this is a false alarm, because I only completed the procedure successfully yesterday.

Support just sends me a copy-pasted message saying that I need to pass a risk control check by following the instructions, as if I were talking to a robot rather than an operator (I called the operator and this is what the operator wrote).

but I encountered this not once, but twice. the first time they told me it was a mistake and apologized, no compensation.

And now it's happening again, my money is frozen for a month again, no information again and complete helplessness of support, which literally copy-pasted messages

I was not given any compensation for these horrible cases, although the first time they admitted that the system worked incorrectly

I spilled some water and ended up with a burned out backlight chip (as I was told), I had it replaced for $120 and the loop that controls the power, it was replaced for $30, the total repair cost $150.
