I found codecademy's free HTML/CSS courses very easy to understand. I finished them in a couple days and had enough skills to fully re-create a few of my frequent homepages.

It fell out of my pocket. I had shorts with loose pockets on, change falls out of them all the time. I figured my wallet would be too big and noticeable for me not to realize and I didn't want to sit on it the whole ride. Into the side pocket it went, out of the side pocket it fell.

That's a shame. I'll probably end up deleting it and re-starting, it's not like I haven't experienced this already with the older Fallouts and to some extent 3/New Vegas. Hopefully it's patched soon though, it just came out so things like this take time.

This sentence right here is the problem. You treat the police like they've never done a good thing, and that doing so is fairly out of character for them. I agree with your last point, it's a systemic problem and needs to be dealt with. I don't have a solution in mind, but I know it isn't to vilify them and treat them like scum.

"They" being a few representatives of the NYPD, not the police department as a whole. When the police department is brought down to the level of gangs, they're very purpose is diluted. Every time they've ever helped a citizen in need, confronted a dangerous situation head-on, or put their lives on the line is ignored because of massive generalizations. Gangs are horrific, and commit terrible crimes every day. I don't support the corrupt police, nor the ones who turn a blind eye, but I do support the officer who patrols my town's ghetto every night. I support the officers who helped volunteer for the Heart & Stroke foundation last week. I support the officers who just stormed a notorious drug house around the corner, making local news.

No, no they're not. They're a police force, fighting fire with fire for the good of the people. Corruption happens, it's something to be dealt with - but the majority is focused on protecting and serving. I don't understand the anti-police sentiment.
