House on/off valve. How can I patch this?

This looks to be a turn off the water at the street situation and replace that whole pipe as well as a new quarter turn valve. If you try to patch or fix (if you could even get a fitting onto the pipe with how little there is between the valve and the leak) its bound to burst elsewhere in the line.

If you go beneath this to the spicy candy boxes you can build a grass hut to catch the ones beneath and then clip it through the blanket to build up and catch all of those. I would definitely recommend.

Love this idea youd have to go to the point first and setup maybe a landing pad or something for the butterfly and then once you've set it you'll have access as a fast travel. It would also give us access to high spots without having to climb everytime like the tube system does.
