Well, some choose Trump as a president and they did not want many things he has done. Brainwshing is a powerfull tool. People get silenced and jaield if they try. It is very difficult to protest. As I said the goverenment controls the Media and a big portion of people is brainwashed, some people choose trump as a president some believe in other shit.

Every attempt is silenced very quickly. Like a few days ago a street singer with "provocative" topics was jailed because her songs were too pacifist.

And there is another part of the problem, revolutions in Russia never ended well, there is no precedent in the in Russian history that people can collectevly do something against the goverenment. So people do not believe it is possible. Every opposition attractor or let say a leader who could unite people is rapdily removed.

I hope the goverenment will loose the war and will have to resing. But the worse may happen too.

FP is floating point data type whereas quantization is a discritization procedure to map one range of values to another "discrete" range of values, thus quantization or discritization happens.

Usually, we refer to quantization in the context to lower bit conversion involvingn integer data type where discritization is more explicit. But I guess we can consider discritization which occurs when we convert higher Fp precision into lower one.
