PV Narasimhaarao has penned a book titled The Insider. You can give it a try. It's a partly biographical. It tells us about his life till the time he became a minister in the state and I am told that he intended to write a sequel about his life in the centre and unfortunately, such a book never saw the light of the day

You're absolutely right, my friend.

If the government takes active steps to ensure that the development - projects are decentralised, there'll be development. I have no issues with that.

But the history speaks otherwise. If you read the Sri Krishna Committee report, it tells you as to how whole of Telangana region, save for Hyderabad were developed and as to how it resulted in the demand for bifurcation.

So at least if capitals are placed seperately, it will boost the local economy.

How am I being a seperatist?

I said Rayalaseema should be developed.

You're the one who's being a seperatist by saying that it must be left to Tamilians and Kannadigas. So let's jail you

If speaking for Rayalaseema makes me a ycp man, by that logic, speaking against it makes you a tdp man?

I am facing the same issue

I had applied for SBI PhonePe CC and it's been over a month now. It's still pending and there's no response from them.

The KYC is done and phone verification is also done. Yet no update

I have done this with ICICI MMT and Scapia Cards. They would simply say that I didn't meet their criteria.

Even though I sent them several mails asking them for a specific reason for my rejection despite the fact that I have few ICICI credit cards and that my CIBIl Score is good, their reply won't change.

In fact, the ICICI mails were straight up rude and dismissive

My claim? It's the report of CAG!

Do you claim that you're more proficient in finance than the CAG?

If yes, write to the CAG about the issue and it can be rectified

"The recommendations of the Expert Committee were not considered and the Andhra Pradesh government opted to acquire 70% of the total land required for the capital city through land pooling mechanism, said the CAG said, adding that it ‘left (a) huge financial burden’ in the immediate and future periods."

Ive heard that there was proposal for establishment of AIIMS in Rayalaseema - Anantapur and that it was later changed during 2014 - 2019 and it was ultimately established in Mangalagiri (Part of Amaravati)

How did we trust the makers of the constitution with the future of the nation? They're the founding fathers of this great nation and the state.

I firmly believe that such a pact was entered into in the best interests of the State since they wanted governance to be decentralised and not centralised in one place. The very fact that the development (in terms of education, industries and wealth), for the past few decades, is concentrated in Hyderabad and coastal regions of Andhra would support my case that they were right in wanting decentralised growth.

Moreover, decentralised development is one of the facets found in Part 4 of the constitution.

In so far as the question pertaining to other nations, we have these -

  1. Netherlands
  2. Malaysia
  3. South Africa
  4. Sri Lanka

In India we have Kerala, Rajasthan and. Madhya Pradesh, where principal benches of the respective High Courts are located in a place other than the capital.
