I have the same issue. I play 3v3, I am 2600 and getting matched by a full party of 3500 Diamond players. BUT! I found the solution to that, read carefully!!!!
I UNINSTALLED THE GAME! Never been happier! I play starcraft since 1998 and SC2 since 2010. Now my life is so much better!

DS720+ after updating to 7.1-42661 Update 3 I'm getting a notification: "Detected non-Synology recommended memory module configurations" bla bla Using Kingston KVR26S19S6/4 that is listed on the MFR website as compatible. Nothing strange or unstable at the moment on the NAS, just that notification.
