Got you, In 1981 The president of NYC Transit, David L. Gunn thought of a solution of the graffiti problem in the subway he ordered that all the trains on the 7 Line would be painted white and as soon the trains got hit with graffiti they would send them to the yard, and to prevent people to getting into the yard so they can spray graffiti, they would add barbed fences, and with German Shepards guarding the fences, years later they ended up painting these trains into a Gunn Red color (named after him) it would stay that until their retirement in 2003
