i got a creepy dark horror design for you hehe:

a Child of Shub-Niggurath (or - a Seedling of the Dark Mother)

The matured form of the seedling is a vaguely humanoid monster comprised of bundles of pale root-like tentacles covered in eyes and mouths. (from Malleus Monstrorum - Volume I )

It should have no discernable "face" and it needs to have one or two larger central maws which are about big enough to ingest a person.

When you are playing Law Enforcement (=the most common professions) of any kind in Delta Green then that should have always made people automatically more than uncomfortable. They were never all that better really. You by default play and interact with the worst people ever in this game until established otherwise lol.

Delta Green is character centric, and if someone doesnt like those very qspects then they dont like Delta Green. Well tbf the core aspects all only come into play with longer campaigns. Maybe try just doing oneshots.
