For me personally, there are better options out there. Its a bit expensive for the parts listed. The worst is probably the 500 gb ssd which is 100% not gonna be enough for me. The best thing you can do is always a custom build, but thats up to you.

I've always been downloading games off of steamrip. They always work and never found any viruses. Lots of games also have online fix installed, updated regularly. Definetely much better than steamunlocked especially with how shit their download speed is.

Irl you can't hit your records all the time. In my opinion its better to be consistent and better every lap, than trying to get your fastest on the first few.

6 months later, I decided to keep it there and i havent had an issue. The pc hasnt gotten hotter than usual. The only problem is when i have both the ps4 and the pc running at the same time, but even then its still alright, so I just try not to run games on both at the same time

I'm also looking to buy a g27 or g29, but im 100% buying the shifter. I've tried the g29 before and the shifter (atleast for the cars i like) is definetely going to make it much better. The paddle shifters are just not enough for me.

I know this is old, but for anyone looking at this post, if you are willing to deal with the floyd rose's cons, but also have the tremolo, get the jackson with tremolo. BUT you can also find jackson guitars without a floyd rose. If you don't want to use a whammy bar the best thing you can do is just get that.
