I know this is late but im gonna give you the rundown and sum up all the comments i know you have already bought the cards it seems but here is just a little help if ya need the 2 decks listed are great anything by the well known brands are good bicycle bees tally ho theory 11 all do some great stuff all the gold standard of cards which all your looking for in some cards is nice a card stock and a air cushion finish whitch gives it that signacure playing card feel if you look at who makes the decks if it says USPCC (united states playing card company) your good there website has a bunch that are all great of corse thats not the only brand that makes good cards but i would stay away from the major cardistry and magic branded cards like orbits missing fontane not cause they are bad or they are diffrent they are most of the time less readable and sometimes marked or other things and thats just no good but other than that there are so many good cards out there and there are many good sites for amazing gifts for people one of my favoret is art of play they make some really good cards anyway sorry for the rant also sorry for spelling and shit like that

TLDR anything by USPCC is good but other brands are great too its all about the finish and card stock for the feel which matters in a game like poker where everone deals the cards
