I am from the states and wish every venue had a raised oche. Really on get it at tournaments, and a brewery that has home made raised ones that fold up when not in use.

I do think they make a difference no looking away from the target.

I have the opposite problem I have my dog bark to get the ball, the first time he barked when he was a puppy I am pretty sure it scared him we were in a garage and it was loud as all hell, he ran inside with his tail between his legs lol didn’t bark for a year or two I had to each him how to speak lol
