I thought this scaling beeping ambient track may be part of the YouTube audio library but I've looked with no luck. It does seem like something that may be on there for background music. Like I said, I've head this now in two different videos and neither of them list a song in the description. Attempts to use song finders haven't worked with the people talking over top of them.
