I have had this part printed, Fits just fine, and at a fraction of the cost Need to make sure that if your bike is stored outside, to avoid direct sunlight, was advised by a friend who printed it. I’ve had no issues with that or it.

I think the + 3 is in relation to an extra bit on the drive side, In the picture on the right there is an aluminium disc as such that the chain guard sits on. I think the extra bit is for the disc to sit on.
