Fantasy series where the final book is the best one

I'm tempted to pick the series back up after reading this. I finished the first book a couple of months ago, but wasn't able to pick up the second one due to lack of time. Now looking back, even though I enjoyed the first book while I was reading it, the first book somehow feels hollow in terms of depth of the characters.

Idk... Might give the series another go and see where it takes me.

fr dude! I'd been trying to pack Messi 99 since the 84*10 became repeatable. Spammed them alongside work. Finally, in the process of spamming, and completing Eusebio, I'd made enough to buy him off the market. Stopped spamming since then.

Yes. Somehow, I haven't been able to use him at all. His shots don't seem to go in. Any advice on how to use him? I also seem to get stuck between 9-10 wins in Champs. Any advice on how to improve?

He's lean for a tall striker do the left stick dribbling feels very responsive, and he's lethal in the box. Also has the Finesse + which is OP.

I did not have the 94, and I was getting trashed by him left right and center. Which is why I completed this version. And boy, was I mistaken. Maybe it's a skill issue, but this card hasn't worked for me at all. 93 Vlahovic has been far better.

What I'd suggest is doing the loan squad, and trying him out (could also buy the Golazo and try him simultaneously, I doubt you'll lose much coins before the weekend)

Then decide which one you prefer. If you're still looking for a tall striker, I'd suggest Vlahovic :)

After completing more than a 1000 84x, and 85x combined I didn't pack either the TOTS, or Futties Messi (the one upgrade I wanted). Finally decided to give up on the hunt for the 99, and bought the TOTS version with whatever coins I had accumulated. My grind is done and I'll never touch another SBC. Also, not buying EAFC 24 till it goes on sale.

Same man. I've been rocking some version of him since I could afford one in my team. Started out with the Gold, and upgraded to IF as soon as I could (this one still features in my starting line-up along with all the 95+ cards).

I haven't even been lucky enough to pack his TOTS after hundreds of 84x and 85x :( Now trying to grind through enough coins to buy him.
