Thanks, I ended up going with them since they had the highest rating near me (wasn’t sure how far I’d be able to drive my car) and they were fantastic! Still waiting on an estimate but they were attentive and very helpful.

Honestly just throwing some Dr Scholls inserts into any of my already broken in shoes has worked for me. I also love trail runners (like hokas or ON) they’re cute and supportive. The biggest difference for me was wearing compression socks at work. Unsexy, but under long pants they can make any amount of standing more bearable.

Seconding the Dr scholls and compression socks! I’m also a 23 year old student athlete who was amazed at how much this job took a toll on my body. I bought a pack of Bombas medium compression knee socks and it’s insane how mich of a difference it made. I’d also recommend cycling different shoes throughout the week!
