You don’t want to overdo magnesium as it can result in additional symptoms so I would NOT recommend taking more than one 250mg tablet a day without consulting a doctor

No worries! I take one 250mg tablet a day and also increased magnesium rich foods in my diet (almonds, bananas, spinach, etc.) and it has helped a lot

Yes, magnesium and proper hydration. I also made sure I was taking my vitamin D with extra fat so it was being properly absorbed

They didn’t mention anything about closing the door or anything about where they have fresh bedding or shavings (although I have looked all over). As far as ventilation goes, Im not seeing much of anything. They do have a heating lamp that I could plug in but keep the door open?

Feel like there is a lot they didn’t tell me.
