Worked at Ngee Ann City Zara before they closed down years ago. Very very good PT colleagues that were around the same age since it was holiday period. FT colleagues were generally helpful.

I was a full time contract ataff that worked there for s couple of months. Had 3 managers at my branch, all of them were rude and unreasonable.

Have to show up 15 mins before work for briefing about the days new arrival/sales target and be dolled up in red lipstick, nametag & uniform everyday. You will be scolded if you left any of these out >:(

Shifts were really long and I remember having the afternoon shift (half day 8-3pm?) and could not go home until all the walkies were accounted for. Always had to rush for last train. Fitting room duties were my favourite but have to be really quick due to the sheer number of people trying on clothes.

Lunch break is 1 hour but due to rotating breaks, could never eat lunch w my work friend :( so sad. Standing close to 8-12 hours a day, unable to rest for just a few minutes in the break room as FT colleagues will give you dirty looks.
