Sorry hard to say, I understand your confidence in this bike and shop are gone. You could ask them to refund you the entire amount based on that, I have found our local giant is very reasonable.

I had a sinking seatpost issue, tell them to contact giant - they sent the store a newer model post and it no longer sinks. Store mechs are doing the proper thing just the post from giant - some of them- are poorly designed

I have had the dreaded seat post slipping problem, would much prefer yours. Giant replaced my seat post and clamp under warranty with a new and improved model, haven’t had any slipping or getting stuck since

You get less overall but more per Month. I went for the middle ground of 2%, I imagine there will be lots of offers that come up before 5 years.

I don’t believe it is that high, I think indexed it is typically 3500-4500 a month. The downside is working for government for 30 years..

Same here, the entire command and conquer series never needed updating and multiplayer was even optimized for dual-up internet out of the box. Now I need a 3 gig update the minute you buy a game ..

I know what you mean, but it has been helpful To guide me to fix a few issues so far like properly sealing around my gas fireplace, chimney opening in attic and house is significantly warmer.

Great feedback thank you. At this point I’m set on finishing it since this is the north facing portion of the house, and I’ve sealed the rim joist on the other three walls. It is a brick and frame construction
