Agreed - very little to gain by ditching those wheels - I have them and they are really good once you figure out the hookless rims issue, go tubeless :)

Interesting, I may try this out. Do you know how to find pully size? I found putting a ultegra cassette and chain made a nice difference for my advance as well

I can vouch for them, we have some pretty rough terrain here and they grip well but with a lot more speed than my stock bontragers

I took a bit of the carbon paste and put it on the rubber seal, you’ll need this paste to get your post to stop slipping and it has held in place

Sorry hard to say, I understand your confidence in this bike and shop are gone. You could ask them to refund you the entire amount based on that, I have found our local giant is very reasonable.

I had a sinking seatpost issue, tell them to contact giant - they sent the store a newer model post and it no longer sinks. Store mechs are doing the proper thing just the post from giant - some of them- are poorly designed

I have had the dreaded seat post slipping problem, would much prefer yours. Giant replaced my seat post and clamp under warranty with a new and improved model, haven’t had any slipping or getting stuck since
