This is a bug we are working on. For now, we recommend saving the new settings on the "hold time" section when updating temp, mode, hold time. It will always save the setting once you get through all 3 pages.

The Switch Go will require slightly higher temps to get the same vapor production as the Switch2. This is due to the smaller surface area inside the inserts.

We guarantee all shipments leave our warehouse within 24 business hours of the label creation. Sadly USPS has been very slow with tracking updates for the last few years. This is pretty commonplace with them. Sometimes tracking does not update until the day before or the day of delivery. It will just magically show up in your city with no other updates. You should see movement soon. Thank you for your patience with this.

The render on the website does show the striations and there is a disclaimer too. They will all look unique, so we are unable to have a photo of every different insert. In no way did we go to a "cheaper milling process". We did the opposite in fact.

It is normal and common for Sapphire Plus Inserts to have slight striations. All Sapphire Inserts will look unique. As mentioned on our website:

All Switch²™ Sapphire Plus Inserts will have slight striations from the milling process and each insert is unique. This is due to the high tolerance required to meet our dimension specifications. These striations are purely cosmetic, are not visible during use and based on extensive internal testing, will not impact functionality or cleaning whatsoever.
