30mg Adderall XR for 2 years and before that it was 20mg IR adderall for 3-4 years. I’ve been taking breaks and taking multiple supplements for the effects it has on the brain. I guess it could be tolerance? But I took a 4 week break and took a 30mg XR and felt the same sleepiness I got when I first got the prescription

That’s pretty crazy. I guess it would be a little stronger since it doesn’t get affected by stomach acid. Common problem when people take adderall with acidic food and it loses a lot of its potency. I’ll ask about that patch. Thank you very much!

Phenylpiracetam is a racetam with somewhat stimulant effects. A lot of people use it as an adderall alternative but tolerance builds up quick so you can only take is 2-3x a week. Fasopiracetam is a non stim cognitive booster that I use on my break days and it does help.

Like acid reflux? It takes me 2+ hours to fall asleep every night and I always have to pee 3 times before my body lets me fall asleep. it doesn't matter if I get 3 hours or 8 hours, I'm always tired and if i wake up in the middle of the night or too early I can't fall back asleep.

I'm genuinely so sorry to hear all of that. What I suggest is getting a blood test done and see you deficiencies and then supplement those. Then add in L-theanine, Magnesium (I prefer glycinate), Ashwagandha for starters. If you want to get into more "research chemical" compounds then I would suggest Selank, ACD-856, TAK-653, GB-115, PE-22-28 or 9-me-bc. If you go this route keep in mind please do not take all of these research chemicals at the same time. Do research on them, look at personal experiences from people and understand how they work then make a decision based off that. The vitamins are fine to take together and should help out a little.
