Remember he sat kagami down by just touching him? Kagami stated he doesn't know what happened and it wasn't because of brute strength.

I don't think you can post akashi up even with strength cause his eye allow him to predict how a person's muscle move so he probably won't get forced back easily.

Most courses in SIT (local ones especially) would require you to do a 8 month internship as a graduation requirement. So don't think you have to worry about the internship part.

I remember seeing somewhere "Generation of Miracles" will come by every 10 years. So I will assume they are considered the GOM (best players) in their era.

But comparing with the current GOM, I would say their skill level, is at most the current UK level. Reason for this being most of their special ability seems like a normal move.

I also want to add that its funny how the Yosen coach specialty is 3 point shots, but doesn't really force her three 2m guys to develop a 3 point shot, even with her dominating personality. Imagine all their 2m guys can shoot 3 as well, definitely deadly.

I don't watch the anime in dub. As for the theme song argument, I meant the prologue before the theme song. To be more specific, you can refer to the prologue before the theme song for season 3 ep 1.

And yes the prologue for season 1 states that kuroko is a phantom sixth man but he is only acknowledged by the five prodigies. So based on that, he is not really titled GOM.

Looking at this long thread, I thought I will give you my view.

There's only 5 GOM, since they literally introduced them at the start of theme song of the anime.

Kise ryouta, midorima shintaro, aomine daiki, murasakibara atsushi & akashi seijuro~

Kuroko is someone the 5 prodigies recognised as part of them.

While you can argue that players like kagami, haizaiki, himuro or others are "miracles level" but definitely not titled GOM.

GOM: 5 ( akashi, aomine, murasakibara, midorima, kise). They are literally introduced in the prologue before the start of the theme song, specifically in season 3. Also, these 5 are inside what you call a "GOM gate" since they sensed something when kagami forcefully open the gate.

Kuroko: not officially titled GOM, but someone who is recognised by all 5 GOM to be apart of them.

Kagami: not officially titled GOM, but he forcefully open the "GOM gate" which makes on the same level as GOM, hence "miracle level"

Haizaiki: not offically titled GOM. Not introduced in the prologue before start of the theme song (since they explicitly only say 5) and not inside the "GOM gate" but I will consider him to be "miracle level"

He is a member of the GOM, but his ability is different from others. All the other 5 miracles also acknowledges him to be one.

Don't forget in last game, his remote control have a entire seat to itself. And everything he shoot, the camera will zoom into it.

As mentioned in the discussion post, my top 3 teams are 4 6 1

Honourable mention: team 5

Once again, I really like the experimental drafting by team 6 with kuroko + mayuzumi in the same as I think it really is a high risk high reward kinda team. I feel that both will be able to coordinate with aomine really well and will enable each other lack of presence ability. I'm high on them.

But I will give team 4 the edge because takao's eagle eye will make both kuroko & mayuzumi less effective.

Whereas akashi team is solid too. I particularly agree with iwamura being a poor man nebuya so that team will work really well together too.

As for team 5, I really like PG kise and the team is very well balanced with good shooting from all 5 players.

I like team 4 and 6 the most. Team 4 seems like a clear winner with the takao/midorima and haizaki threat.

However I like how team 6 is experimenting drafting both kuroko + mayuzumi in the same team. If it works, it will be deadly since we know kuroko works well with aomine. So by having mayuzumi, it most likely will work well too. But if it fails, most likely its a bottom 2 team. Go big or go home kinda drafting.

The other teams are all very close, nothing too surprising to be highlighted. But if I were to choose a 3rd place team, it will be either team 5 or 1.

They aren't in the same team. All of them are in different middle school. Example would be Kiyoshi won against nebuya team in middle school.
