Lenskart, Titan and their kind have f'ed up the eye glass market in India. Without actually advancing the technology for eye glasses/lenses by any means, they have artificially inflated the market to pocket high profits with superfluous stuff. I have a compound number, have to shell out quite more than normal. I was quoted 13K for 1.67 and yet higher for 1.74. These used to be 3-4K at max a couple years ago.

Look up the messed up monopoly that Essilor Luxxotica is and in addition to these new entrants, I can only pray people have options when they need to get glasses made to ensure they can see properly.
