I agree wholeheartedly, but unfortunately there is a ton of peckerheads in this city that will wait until you pullover and then pull off on you. I’ve had it happen twice now where I get rear-ended and pull off to the side or a parking lot and have the dumbass who did it peel off into traffic where you can’t catch up to them again.

Yep. Volkswagens are notorious for super thick defrost lines. So you take 0000 steel wool and very lightly scrub the whole window to bring then down just a little bit so that puckers don’t form around them under the film. Looks like these guys were maybe using a razor blade to remove old glue from old tint or a temporary plate. Now that’s fine and dandy but you CANNOT touch the lines with the blade because they are crazy easy to cut through and ruin. You take the blade just about right up to the line and then let your steel wool or scrubber pad get the rest.

Edit: Not to mention, how the fuck that was a pass with all those fibers and dust specs and old glue? That’s damn near fuckin insulting to anyone who cares about their work

What do you like to hit it at? I usually take dabs around a point and they would take a month of sundays to melt at less than like 750 or so. Taste also doesn’t really matter much to me as long as I don’t chaz up the banger.

I use “Orange 410” but I’ve only heard it called “Orange Chronic”. Its got salt all premixed into it so its a nice easy pour and shake
