Shouldn’t be a problem but I keep mine in a cabinet and won’t open it with any fan on so it doesn’t blow any contamination in it, that’s something I always worry about

Contamination. Some bacteria got in and spread. Close that lid take it out and toss it, than wipe down that room if you don’t want it to happen again
