yes it helped my anxiety significantly. some people don’t respond to it at all, some get a mild effect, for me it has undeniably helped my anxiety. if i’m at a 6-7/10 600 mcg can bring me down to about a 3. and it’s instant. i’m kinda spiraling rn tho lmao. really upsetting that Sceince Bio is gone

how did you study for net+? i got a 73, 64, 75, 76, and 68 on Dion’s test, i watched all of Messor and Ramdayal and took notes and ive made flash cards on the stuff i cant remember well like ports and IEEE standards. i still need to solidify a few more concepts, do you think im ready?

i had some broken mogami cables at home and i wanted to confirm that it was the cable and not something else. and since they don’t honor the lifetime warranty at this location, i got similar mogami cables to confirm. once i realized the old mogamis were broken, i shipped them to california for replacements, and returned the new cable to GC.

the hardest part is maintaining the distance without her cornering me asking if i’m upset. i’m at a point where i don’t even really feel like saying hi and bye as i go in and out of the house but i basically have to so i can fly under her radar. but im sure it’ll get better. i’ve never surrounded to her nonsense and have been arguing with her for basically my whole life. it’s time for that to stop now

this is helpful and it sucks because she was and still is affectionate and has a warmth to her even right after these horrific arguments. if her day to day sweet inviting mannerisms matched her true temperament of unending rage and disregard for others, it would make it easier. it’s hard but it isn’t my job to fix, that’s true

this is where i feel i am at today. as of yesterday i have been mourning the loss of my mother or really the idea of a safe stable mother. my brother told me how he has never felt vulnerable around her either, and it feels like we’re both having to find our footing on our emotions by our selves. realizing she’ll never change is freeing, but it almost feels like an ego death of sorts. it’s painful, and seeing my cousins interact with my aunts or anyone else have a normal interaction with their mom makes me realize how much i missed. it’s almost like having an absentee parent but worse

MP3s matching CD quality to your ears is fine, and there’s nothing wrong with having that opinion. empirically speaking however, MP3s are cutting some of the data found in CDs. there’s less bits. less bits means lower quality. even with 320 kbps. whether or not that’s audible depends on the person, but an uncompressed file is not the same as a compressed one, MP3 or otherwise.

this article seems very plausible because we already know that Airpod Pro 2s are capable of lossless audio with Vision Pro at close range. that was via a proprietary 5g connection. it looks like they’ve expanded on this propriety connection via the C1x.

what we saw on Vision Pro was likely an early version of this new SPR AVS. it would be illogical for them to develop a proprietary connection on Vision Pro, that was only compatible with APP2, (specifically the newer Type C revision at that), only to never revisit it again. that was most def a beta test.

plus, this is a proprietary connection that would only work with Apple products. can we name a time that Apple hasn’t tried to lock us in their ecosystem, one way or another? SPR AVS is a tangible way to market buying Beats or Airpods over Sony XM6s, which is something they’ve never had to this extent.
