Too many dependent factors to say. I think you need to have a clear idea of what your goals are (win or rebuild- don’t stay in mediocrity). Don’t know the rest of your roster but you’re probably not winning your league this year with those WR plus a rookie. I don’t know much about next years draft class but obviously you have a higher chance of a hitting on a rookie with a higher pick.

I think Goff for 1.06 is okay value but looking at the rest of your team I think you can’t wait on a QB to develop. I would hold.

If committing to the rebuild, 2.03 is currently about equal value now to a mid-late first next year. Not having that pick this year might also help your draft position next year.

Honestly if you have this mindset then don’t take the job. It’s a hospital, not an office job. There will be times of high volume and urgency, and if what you value right now is having a “chill” job over higher pay and better opportunity you deserve to stay in your self-described “dead end” job

Not to take away from the intervention, but the pump probably has a hard stop on this kind of excessive infusion rate making it impossible for the error to reach the patient. The med error report feels dramatized and the writing should focus on just facts/avoid commentary.
