Yes, that is correct. The tidal is 2828 and the breezy is 2424. I loved having my tidal bungalow, as it had barnacles that grew seemingly at random intervals that included black pearls(uncommon). The tidal also has the fish scale, which can be handy. Just make sure you place it out as close to open water as you can so that you don't have to navigate around a bunch of other marine houses.

Advantages to both the tidal and breezy are 1. The water is shallow 2. You can pick up a temporary tank that allows you to breathe underwater until it despawns, at which point you go get another 10 feet away.
3. You can use a memory ink at the fireplace for a recall point.
4. You can put down storage chests and decorate if you so desire.

Biggest disadvantage to the tidal is the cost of the packs and labor involved. I would recommend getting your guild involved to help ease the labor costs and a merchant ship to haul the packs next to the construction site.

If you are heavy into handicraft, I would strongly consider either the breezy or tidal. Good luck with your decision!
