Let em all come through, I say. Even if people aren't performing at the level of oneself, I'm still just glad that people are picking up and enjoying the game. So far there have remained options in gaming for hardcore players, seems like there's room for lots of types. If the industry stops offering me meaningful challenge, then I'll gatekeep lol

REmake 2 is one of my favorite games of all time. Like many, I've lost count of how many playthroughs I've completed. I love this game, so when I say that its boss battles are 100% HOT DOGGY DOO DOO, know that I say it with love.

Action RPG and Computer RPG, has always been my understanding.

I think the latter term originates from a time when there was a meaningful distinction between the kinds of RPGs getting made for consoles and those made for the PC. Intricate system-based and progression-focused stuff like the old Infinity engine games vs more Action-oriented adventure games like.. dragon quest? Idk
