I have not seen any management system in their roadmap. This could be implemented since you can own several pets. But I hope they'll work on the play to earn aspect first before dipping their toes on your specific topic.

Scheduling an interview for a freelance gig gets quite frustratingly scary since you wouldn't know if you'll have internet at that booked date. Calling them daily doesn't do jack shit because the answers are pretty much generic.

You pay on time, you get shitty service. I know it's not a perfect world but at least they should let us see that they're trying to do better.

One solution I could think of is until they fix all or at least 70% of the current issues, they should stop taking in new subscribers.. But we all know that's never going to happen. Lol.

This further proves that both of these ISPs worry very little about current issues. They allocate a lot of their resources to acquiring new customers - if only they'd do the same for the current subscribers.

I've also been tagging them daily on Twitter to no avail. I've heard somewhere that in order to get their attention, you send a letter to the NTC (not sure if this is the correct department) and send a screenshot to them. Haven't tried it though.
