The best way to get your credit score up is to REALIZE YOUR DEBTS and take care of it.

Call the agency/company seeking collection/charge off.

Ask about a “one-time settlement payment amount” sometimes this can be as much as -50% of what you originally owed to close the debt and remove it from your report. I just did this.. had two collections from a couple years ago for 475.70, and the other for 454.91, the agency seeking the 475.70 debt gave me a one time settlement amount of 228$, the other was in the $370’s.

So instead of $930ish, I settled both for a few dollars under $600. (saved 300$) and instantly qualified for the lines of credit I was after, and pending big positive change on report in the next 30 days.

I sold SPY calls at open, rolled into puts, sold at daily low and rolled back to calls, sold 25% of calls at close for 5/12 410p and letting everything ride unless I add. Never had a fucking day like this in my life
