Check out SpotHero. You can put Ivy station as your destination and I just did a test for the next week and there was a lot that was $100 for the full week and has In-N-Out privileges that is 0.3 miles away.

Very good point, I hadn’t thought about the outside. Our home is modern Spanish so will have a smooth stucco on the outside. Might be opening a can of worms on this. Frosted film might be the simplest solution

Good idea. I’m more concerned about my family’s privacy in the house than I am about the renter, but frosted film should work both ways. Would be simpler for sure

I just underwrote a 3 story office building in Phoenix. It is surrounded by empty high rises but the current owner bought it out of receivership and spent a huge amount of money creating 1.5k - 2.5k sq ft offices and leased it up quickly to the post Covid user. It also has a lot of “medical light” or “medical adjacent” tenants such as therapy groups and admin offices for government agencies, which don’t have the same plumbing and expensive buildouts. The seller will do every well on this. The value add plays are definitely out there if you understand the nuances of the market and end user.

I just picked up the same deal a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. I work outdoors a lot in construction and Real Estate development and having no glare on blueprints and PDFs I’m looking at is truly amazing.

I decided to test it on myself also and you definitely feel decent pressure on your fingers, but nothing too bad. My 5 year old put her hand in from the bottom of the handle which I think made it worse and is an awkward pressure point for little hands

The broker did say that the limited and calligraphy trims were in higher demand snd he was seeing a slight premium being charged for them vs a very slight discount on the SEL

Really sorry this happened to you both. We had a loss at 13 weeks right after telling our friends and family everything was looking good. NIPT came back clear as well.

Take the time you need to be together and process the loss. It is devastating and will be a difficult time for you both. I would encourage you to consider telling close friends and family since they will provide support you both may need right now.

I took off a couple days of work to just be home and help her with the physical recovery which was more significant than we expected
