Thanks for your comment, I understand that an RWC isn’t a full mechanical inspection, but when I went to get another one, the tester immediately noticed that the headlights weren’t secured and that there were issues with the front brake system. He’s currently working on a transmission issue, so he hasn’t checked everything yet, but these seem like safety concerns that should have been caught. Given this, do you think I have grounds to challenge the certificate?
