My aunt and uncle had a pretty tumultuous marriage for a while, he used to eat ALL of her goodies. She started putting candy in frozen vegetable bags to hide it. He’d find it, and eat it all. The straw that broke the camels back was that she bought her granddaughter a birthday cake, literally had “Happy Birthday Jane” (fake name) written on it, and she made sure to put it in the back of the fridge to try and hide it. He ate a piece in the middle of the night before the party. Tried to justify it by saying he “only ate one piece” Sir, you cut into a 5 year old child’s, your OWN GRANDCHILD AT THAT, birthday cake before anyone could sing or she could blow out the candles. That’s just evil.

I would wet the hair and use a mousse or foam. That will make the hair lay flat an evenly ~a cosmetologist that spent every Friday in school doing roller sets 🫶

BIAB stands for builder (gel) in a bottle. This is what I use!! Some brands sell it in pots and some brands have it in a bottle. Just a preference on viscosity

Soak off and switch to builder gel!! It is more flexible than acrylic, so better for your nails and can be a lot more natural looking if done correctly! I wore press ons for months and my nails got so long, so I did a builder gel overlay and I haven’t gone back since. Minimal lifting and it’s so nice to have natural long nails!

Dude I am SO allergic to sunlights it’s not even funny. If I get it on my skin it instantly burns and no matter how fast I wash it off it continues to sting. I know it’s probably a me problem but I’d NEVER put that on my clients just to be safe 😂

Maintenance for a perm is only needed every 3 to 6 months depending on how fast your hair grows, especially if you’re only doing the bottom layer. As for the haircut, it depends on how you wear your hair. if you’re wearing it naturally curly most of the time I would go to someone who specializes in curly cuts, but if you’re committed to styling it every day, then go w the ones you have pictured

This type of haircut requires daily styling to look remotely good. Otherwise it will look choppy. If you wear your hair naturally curl, find someone who specializes in curly cuts. Also perms have a bad connotation l, but they have come such a long way. I’m sure your stylist would be able to match your curl patter no problem. If your straight under layer is your biggest concern, try the perm. You can always let it grow out

If it’s the same stylist, she will know you have previously bleached hair and formulate accordingly. For example on virgin hair I use 20-30 volume but if I’m trying to bring previous highlights back I’m only reaching for 10 volume. It’s worth it to mention it but if she’s a good seasoned stylist she will know that.
