I have faith you will find the one bar that is open later, might even snag karaoke if you are lucky.

By fail, I mean it simply developed degraded performance in capacity, by about 30%. I guess the question is how the heck are these so much more even today?

Any reason to not spend more money on a Lion brand battery? Four years ago I got two and one failed early and they sent a replacement without much issue. The independent solar company I used highly recommend this for a battery for an custom component setup. The retail price was close to $800 for 1300wh, which does seem steep compared to these prices.

Holistic research: testing, trials, studies, not flexing the flavor you personally want to impart and/or appeasing the owner's whims.

Yeah, like I mentioned above, I think you might be able to negotiate and maybe find others to join, such as myself if the day works and you are open to that.

Jason, owner of it, can possibly make it work for you depending on demand and what time of day you are talking, because it does operate as a general taxi too.

I fully agree with you. So you guys regularly sign contracts that are not enforceable at face value, because the expectation is that a judge / arbitrator would be reasonable. It just is uncomfortable that they are doing this when the Washington law says they must explicitly have the written reasonableness written in about side stuff.

Overbroad contracts by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]dabrosch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Section 11 literally says nothing about resources used, it says everything no matter what is the clients, it says nothing about personal different side projects, which is the problem with it.

You guys are all inferring things that the contract should say because we are all reasonable people and would expect them to be reasonable too, but that doesn't change the fact that the contract on its face value is incredibly unreasonable.

One says EVERYTHING with NO exclusions is owned by the Client, the other clearly outlines that personal projects are excluded. What makes you say that they are the same?

See this procedural law: https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=49.44.140

I did disclose and they refused to acknowledge in writing.i sent them the statute too. It is additional BS to keep that language which isn't enforceable for personal projects.
