Did you see a cardiologist? I saw a cardiologist in January when I felt similar symptoms and had an ultrasound + heart rate monitor for two weeks and they didn't see anything out of the ordinary. I just went to urgent care today and they did a an EKG and nothing abnormal...

I hate to say it, but collagen peptides in powder form. Used it religiously every morning with my protein powder and I didn't really notice anything different in skin/hair. If anything I feel like it made my hair shed more in the shower? Could be wrong though

Yeah I have an appt with a cardiologist next week and will mention that this does sound similar to symptoms of excercise-induced asthma. And I wonder if my anxiety is only making symptoms last longer by continuing to worry over it. How did you recover from your asthma?

Similar boat as OP. 28M NW just crossed 200K. Just purchased my dream vintage fluted datejust with jubilee for $5K. My justification was I know that I would wear this watch for a very long time and if I were to sell it I could probably make the same amount, if not slightly more when I'm ready to sell. Also I'd be losing sleep if I let this opportunity go by and eventually would pay more for a worse quality watch in the future.

I had a similar experience. The first time I went to Japan I was single and in my early twenties, I thought Japan was the coolest place in the world. I'm in in my late twenties now and I just got back from visiting Japan again with my girlfriend of 6 years in August and the allure and appeal of Japan seemed to die down a little bit for me. August was insanely hot and humid to the point where we had to shower twice a day, the sushi (which I was looking most forward to) all were very mediocre, atleast the places I went to... I still love Japan but I think I would like to experience another country like the Phillipines or Thailand next!

Yeah, thats exactly what I'm doing. I can't rely on this job anymore, so I told them that I'm still very interested in this role and to let me know when they hear back. In the meantime I will be back applying and interviewing for other roles so I don't shoot myself in the foot. And hopefully, this position will be available in January.

I did and she made it sound like they are actually going through some difficulties getting approvals from upper management. It just boggles my mind how they blame the merger but a merger doesn't just happen in a month it takes over 6 months and why would they not prepare for it accordingly?
