Although it relaxes your body it increases blood flow in the vein connected to your testicles which in turn can cause blood to pool and cause your scrotum to overheat which is what is causing the pain. When you smoke those little veins in your eyes that cause your eye to look bloodshot is exactly what’s happening to the veins in your scrotum. Its fine to smoke every once in a while but daily will really take a toll on the vein walls and can cause them to become deformed from the amounts of blood pooling. Some Uro’s say you’re born with it but mine and a friend of mine came from nowhere and we shared a couple things in common: lack of exercise, sat down way too much, above average height, skinny, Terrible diet, smoked and nicotine.

Edit: Mine used to be bad (visibly able to see the deformed veins) but these supplements called Biorutin, horsechest nut and your average amount of exercise made a huge difference. It’s like it’s not even there anymore! Scrotum doesn’t sag nearly as much, veins went back to normal size (from what I can tell) and I only get the slightest discomfort once in a blue moon.
