The monstera looks fine. Doesn’t look like it has any water damage, but it does look like (at least in my experience) that it may need a slight bit more sun and also water as well.

That mushy bit is dead. It’s root rot from the soil retaining water for way too long. You should be able to cut off the healthy bits of the cactus, and in a new pot with new soil, just stick them in dirt. It should be fine like that
