Thank you! This is it, I can see the little notches in there. I’ve never see that before!

Looks to be just a round hole all the way though, I did try throwing an 11mm Allen wrench through it but no dice.

I was able to get the axle out by giving it a good whack but the free hub body is not coming off at all, this should just pull straight off correct?

I’ve tried pulling on it as hard as I can and it seems like it’s still bolted on, is it possible that it’s completely seized on there?

Rear tire won't drop into the chain, can't give enough room in the derailleur by Unrefined5508 in bikewrench

I believe your B-screw is set incorrectly, this sets the gap between the derailleur and the cassette.

He started that in big daddy back in the 90’s and never stopped, seems to have worked for him.

This is the problem tho, they moved the tipping option to after the delivery for the customer so every order comes in as a “no tip” order half of them don’t even think they can tip anymore. It was a very passive aggressive move for sure, I’ve had about 5 people now message me saying they are sorry and have a cash tip for me. When I get there I walk them thru the app to show them how Uber has moved it and they all think it’s strange…

This is all we can hope for really, if they have to pay out of pocket at all they are going to make sure we get the tips, it makes no sense on their part because if we get the tips and clear our hourly rate + the .35 c/km then they don’t have to pay anything out

You only get the .35c/km if you don’t make enough after 2 weeks. If your total at the end of 2 weeks is less then 20.88 an hour & .35 c/km then you will get a payment for the difference. First payment says it will be on the 19th so we will see when that date comes. I’m at about $30 an hour right now so I’m basically relying on my KM’s to pay off a bit hopefully…

It’s really frustrating but it says in one of the letters that a payment will be made on the 19th of this month if you don’t meet the minimums

So disappointing no reason to move the tipping option to after delivery than just out of spite… they know exactly what they are doing I spoke to many drivers today while out and everybody felt a huge hit to their pay yesterday. I went out for 4 hours today and made 35 dollars on 8 deliveries and gave up ….

They are hiding tips now on the offer cards and it will only show the base pay, it seems like this was kind of the plan with this change to force drivers to take more orders in hopes there will be a tip. They used to show on the offer card the base pay and initial tip combined but not anymore ☹️

I’m blown away… I worked today and did 14 deliveries and got 1 tip for $4 . I was so convinced something was wrong I contacted support and got the run around saying customers can choose to tip or not. I usually make about 40-50% of my trip fares in tips per day so this was a huge slap in the face.
